I just did this puzzle in Professor Layton that was pretty much the same puzzle that John McClane and Zeus Carver had to do in the park in Die Hard With a Vengeance. There were three jugs: an 8oz, a 5oz, and a 3oz. The 8oz was filled with juice, and you had to get the same amount of juice into two of the jugs. Obviously, the solution is to get four ounces in the 8oz jug, and four in the 5oz jug, but actually doing it is the hard part.

It took me a couple of tries, but I got it eventually. Luckily I didn't have Jeremy Irons threatening to blow up a school if I didn't get it in 60 seconds.

I'm really liking Prof. Layton. It's like a much more active and instantly gratifying Phoenix Wright. Russ, Blacktail, you guys will love it when you finally get/play it. Tyler, I'm afraid it might be a little over your head.
